Make My Trip.com
Nonpayment of money to the hotel

I booked a hotel accomodation in Kerala, KTDC Waterscapes through Make My Trip.com. My booking ID was HTL65869. Rs 3614 was charged to my credit card account. I cancelled my booking and a mail (dated Sept 21) was sent to me that Rs 3364 (after deduction of rs 250) will be credited to my account. The same has not yet been credited to my credit card account till date.

I made another booking to the same hotel; booking ID HTL 65874 for which Rs 4710 was chrged to my credit card account. Waterscapes call me after 2 months to infom me that the same has not been paid to them by make My Trip.com till date.

This to my mind is a clear case of fraud and cheating by Make My Trip both towards the consumer (in not refunding the cancellation money) and the hotel to which they have not paid.
