Bottom line comes first: Stay away from this crap.

I booked. It went through entire process online. Gave me booking number, details and says in 30 minutes I will get confirmation. Hour, 2, 3, no confirmation. No support number works. Agents transfer at random. Language problem. Local offices clueless. Pathetic IVR. Can't take new bookings on phone. Never ending loop. What a day!!!
