Makemytrip.com not refunding my hotel cancellation money

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had deposited the money Rs.4550/- on 21st April into Make My Trip's ICICI Bank account through a Axis Bank cheque against my hotel booking (booking id - IN1204B13832) for Darjeeling stay at Travellers Inn hotel from 29th April to 1st May. On 28th April I did cancel the hotel booking for Darjeeling due to my health problem through a mail. Later when I asked them to refund the cancellation amount they reply that refund is not possible. Refund is not there in policy. But I didn't see anything mentioned there in the hotel booking voucher. Please help me in this case. Waiting for your reply soon.
