I booked the delux room at hotel vits belgaum fordt 25/12.i was debited rs4400.00 trough my creditcard vide ref. no htl3000189929. no hotel vouchers were mailed to me till the night of 24th. than i approched hotel directly.they offered me same plan for rs 3695.00 inclusive of taxes and breakfast complementry. but they also revealed that they have a confirmed booking for me by make my trip this practice leads to mistrust and ifeel cheated.tomorrow iwill go to hotel though no hotel vouchers has been mailed to me .someone can understand my mental agony .is thereany officer with them because today ihave called them at least six times.
