Refund not done by Make My Trip on train ticket cancellation

I cancelled two rail tickets for two persons each, booked through Make My Trip with booking IDs RAL60001026004 & RAL60001021752 with refund values Rs 626/- & Rs 3452/- respectively on 28 Apr 10 but have not yet received the refund value. All the attempts to solve the issue with Make My Trip through customer care & e-mail has been futile.
