Dear Sir,
I am currently having the mobile No. 9810109261 under the name of Mr. Amit Chawla.
Being associated with Airtel from the last 11 years and not I consider the same as the biggest mistake of choosing Airtel as a partner.
I had recently visited Singapore and had my GPRS activated.
On return I got a message that my unbilled amount had touched 1.91 lacks and I had to make payments of 1.85 lacks immediately.
Pls note that when my account has been assigned a credit limit of INR 20, 000/- that means that the moment my billing crosses the amount I should be intimated so as to decide if I want to continue with the services or not. The delay in payment causes disconnection so why is it that I was not intimated the moment billing crossed the credit limit.
When the billing cycle is near we her harassing phone calls from customer service to pay up and now once the credit limit crosses not a single sms is sent.
Pls note that this is highly unacceptable and I will go legal with your company in case this matter is not sorted out.
The customer service you have kept are not able to provide any details related to billing.
When requested to get connected to seniors, we are given an assurance of a callback with in an hour which never happens.
No one is educated to give information on GPRS / Data charges abroad.
Pls have someone attend to this on priority and revert.
