Details of P.F. Account No. HP/ 1636/138 with R.P.F.C., Shimla, Himachal

Dear Sir,

The above account is in my name and the same was not withdrawn till date.

In the first week of August, I had requested the RPFC Shimla to give me information as to whether P.F. amount had been deposied by the above company during the period Januay 2002 to June during the period I worrked with the said company (photocopy of attendance register is available with me).

Till date no information has been given to me. As my services were terminated and the same was challenged by me in the court of law, I did not withdraw my accumulationns. Labour Court verdict was 100% in my favour and held that the termination is illegal and unlawful and hence awarded reinstatement with full backwages with continuity of service witth all consequential benrrfits. The award is under challenge in High Court of Delhi.

Whereas non-deposit of P.F. amount by the employer is much before termination and has no bearing on the termintion and/or subsequent litigation.

Now I have been re-employed by the said company by a court order, and have been alloted a new p.f. account number. Decision in re. to other matters is pending.
