Charging exorbitantly more than printed MRP for bottled wate

The Restaurant is charging Rs.45/- for 1 litre Kinley water bottle where the printed MRP is Rs.13/-.

Is this not illegal. If illegal does it not amount to day light robbery. I have bill no. 4189 dated 09/02

given by their Residency Cross Road branch, Bangalore-560025 in support of my complaint. On enquiring the staff and the supposed to be Manager were not cooperative, they neither had any information about MRP nor showed the responsibility to bring in a competitive person to explain.
