Dear Sir/Madam,

You are requested to please solve our problem, becuase i hv using a prepaid connection of bsnl no. 9456032962 but since six months i m in problem of weak signal, when i make a call so call is disconnected or signal is gone, i have many times complaints to Mr. Gupta on Mobile 9412000888 & also to Mr. Khrusheed on mobile No. 9412704922 and he tells me that pls wait the problem will be solved, but till now my problem is continue.

So i request u to pls. solve our problem urgently.
