Non Credit of Payment in Saving Account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had opened a saving account in State Bank Of India, Main Branch, Muradabad, Uttar Pradesh in 15.09. my account no. is 30487058623. after some time on date 17.11.2008 i had deposited in our SBI saving a/c a account payee cheque of sum Rs. 10000.00 from our other bank (Bank Of Baroda, Main Branch, Muradabad A/c No. 00820100007118 Ch# 549959) but this cheque is not credited in our SBI SB A/c till now this cheque is also debited in our Bank Of Baroda Account in 19.11.2008 i was gone in our SBI branch many times but nothing response received from any officer of SBI Main branch, Mbd. Every officer to make me fool by different pretend & misbehaved to me i m like a football for bank, and bank debited from my account 200.00 rupees for min balance charges, so please solve our problem urgently & credited Rs. 10000.00 & 200.00 bcoz i m very depress about this matter.
