Payment was made vide cheque dated 25/04/08 and cheque has been already realised as per my bank statement. However. we are surprised to observe that connection has been cut and same has not been restored inspite of repeated complaints.
Personnal intervention at the highest level is requested to restore the connection with immediate effect. Your confirmation in this regard by return mail will be highly appreciated.
