Bike Registration

Hi Sir,

I have purchased my bike on 15th march from Malwa Honda gurgaon. I have paid the full amount of registration charges at the time of purchase & he committed to give me registration within one week to one month, but after a week he calls me and ask for Rs. 600 more for registration charges, I paid that extra Rs. 600 also but till date (26th may) i haven’t receive my registration number. Whenever i call he say it will take 2-3 more days.

Please suggest me what to do because without registration number i m unable to drive it.
