Unjutified deduction on passenger waiting list ticket

Dear sir,

I am purchase continue 3A tickets from Hatkanagale to Raiganj for traveling on 14/04 valid ticket no.299858229, 29985830, 29985831 respectively. But the wafting list of Train No.2129 Azad Hind Exp. not confirm till 13/04 at 08.40 AM. Then I decided to cancel my ticket because it is not possible to journey with a W/L ticket with my family of on Train No. 2129.Though the Train No. 1030 & 3145 Tickets confirm but due to the middle journey ticket not confirm I have no alternative to cancelled the tickets. But your MIRAJ (MRJ) booking counter deducted Rs.2184/- of a waiting list tickets. I am not continuing my journey due to not confirm of middle ticket.

So, you are request please look into the matter and refund the unjustified amount deducted from my ticket. waiting for reply,
