Cash & certificates loss

I am staying at talegaon dabhade dist pune maharashtra 410506.

At above mentioned your ATMs center i had gone to deposit one cheque on dated 23.01.08 at 18.20 p.m. After deposited my cheque i forgotten my plastic folder which contain Rs.8000 cash insurance original certificates. & sombody stolen it.

i asked the concern security gaurd after half an hour but he could not told me. i wanted to know the person name & address who did the transctiions between the timing 23.01.08 18.20 - 18.45 p.m.

i am trying to your pune ATM contact no.02026852507 lot of times but no body is lifting.

Please help me.
