Request for Loan

My Wife Mrs A vijaya applied for the loan of Rs 50000 . I furnished all the details as per the true of my knowledge. Actually i put all my sources and we are purchased the house and for the same also we are furnished the details. For the we are having some commitments to clear certain balances towards the purchased of house and for that purposes only we are applied for the loan through PF . How can you reject the same and not allow us to take the money from our savings. Please tell the reason.
