PAN CARD NOT YET RECIVED

Dera Sir/madam,

I had applied my friend Correction PAN card 25 Jun on UTI Center in Hyderabad, My PAN NO is AOFPR7707G. Till today i, ve not recieved the card. Now i want to change my Name. Please sugest me the solution how do i get my PAN Card..
