Unauthorizatied deduction of charges

I would like to bring in your knowledge that i am using ur company sim mobile no 9839234200 past few years as a prepaid coustmer, I used to use the traffis plans of your company by way of E top recently your company stopped the traffis through etop and gave the traiff through monthly deduction from the balance of mobile which doesnt suit me, but recently i got a sms that facility of traiff combo traiff is again available through etop and i got the Rs 118/- combo traiff activiated through etop on around 27th Feburary 2009 My complain is that on 30.03.2009 a fees of Rs 118 was deducted on account of COMBO services with out my knowledge and my consent how you can deduct any amount from my balance without my consent and if there was some pre condition it should have been conveyed to me as no contract can be one way. this is some thing very strange because thats why idint opt for the traiff dedction plan from balance and used my mobile without traiff for a month period. If there was some condition or agrement which i signed while taking the SIM and services of your company which allows you to deduct any amount from my balance iwant a certified copy of that particular agreement
