Color display not working

Dear Madam/Sir (s),
Ref: Complaint No 9A0000810040026 (4th October'2008)
I have a Sansui Color Television set, Model number 9840200106dp21ke, bought in March. It is still under warranty period of 7 years.
Now the problem is that color display is not correct and it is totally blurred now. I have called up service center at least more then 20 times and every time I get standard reply that "sorry for inconvenienced caused to you. We have assigned XXX service center and you will receive call in another two hours." Today is 14th October and I had lodged the complaint on 4th of October, I'm still waiting for that elusive call from service center.
If this is the type of service that Sansui provides I feel I have made the greatest purchase mistake of my life. Anyways, never again will I buy a Sansui product and also will never recommend one to anyone. A company who can not keep commitments is a lousy money making cheat. As the slogan goes, better than the best in cheating/lying to consumers.
As of now the set is still in damaged condition. I have no clue whatsoever when it will be repaired, if it will be.
I would like to file a case in consumer court against Sansui. Kindly advice me how to go about this.
