Webhosting not working

My website is offline and cannot see my emails

I have a domain and hosting service with Manashosting Bangalore since almost 2 years and 3 weeks ago my website went off from internet and since then could not check my emails and enter the control panel for my website.

At Manashosting, until now, which is almost 3 weeks, no one has been able to help me and not even to respond to why the problem exist. The technical team tells that Billing Department will solve it and Billing department tells that there is no problem!

I have raised 3 support tickets and called several times over the phone and until now, there is not even a sign that the people working there care about the problem I'm having.

It is incredible that this company is working!!!
