Deleting the Host Files

Hello,

AS of today 20th Aug our host & its supporting directories been deleted by manashosting not less than 6 times. For the past 1.5 months it is 4 times. We are fed by uploading the files after they do this. Until now they are unable to give a proper reply. How cum customers can rely on them if the files started deleting. I feel so cruel. Send many times complaints but the deleting process keep on going. I also experienced with them at the time of paying through online. They will come to you after months saying the payment is not been done properly even you have all the transaction details including confirm mail from the billing. Recently I had discussion with the company when they called to offer their discount packages, they accept all the previous problems occured and assured they had now a new system which will overcome all the past issues but... we are facing the same issues. Expressing my strong protest and also requesting a corrective actions should be taken against this type cheating. I need from all the fellow members and other citizen to extend your support against a company like manashosting based in bangalore
