Took payment and not giving me website services wrongly

Dear Sir/madam,

Manashosting banglore there is a website www.manashosting.com who has taken my registration as kandarp2001k@yahoo.co.in and given me invoice that i will get my website registered and it will be started but however due to technicallies which i dont understand what is that and yet i have informed that as i dont know what technicallies you are asking to me and i have informed that i am innocent and unaware of such technicallities and i cant provde you any information about that, but please do the needful and start my website, then they are again and again asking for some technical queries and then not doing my website and giving me instructions that it is their wish to continue with me or not, so i told either you pay my money back or do my work and finish it up then they are not listening to me.

so i have decided to compalin to your forum to do needful
