Reseller account suspended without any prior intimation and not activating long after 5 months

Dear Sir

please help me in this issue that i am a very unsatisfy cstomer of manashosting comapny who provides webhosting

i have purchased a reseller account from them with the term of 10GB webspace with 200 domain hosting with in amount of 8000 per annum and they suddenly reduced my 200 domain hosting package to 100 domain hosting package it doesnt effect me as i was only having 50-60 domain parking into it.

but suddenly i got second disturbance into my account when i found my account is being suspended by them without any prior intimation and after requesting continuously they are still not responding to me

they always never pick any phone.

they never respondes to email.

they are not talking by chat and when i writes to them they never respondes.

as my 6 months package is still pending and my hosting account is valid till may.

and i even not able to take my databackup which i have updated onto server.

please help me how can i get my databackup from manashosting.

as i have already moved to some other good company.

but some dynamic portals are still under my suspended account and i am not able to take backup of my sites.
