Non registration of Domain

I had booked a new domain with the above cited Bangalore based company on the 03rd of April.2008 and since then I have called them up almost 15 times from Delhi without any help. They accepted my online paymnet made to them through my AMEX card and till date all me problems remain unsoved. I have sent them several e-mails till fdate without any proper response from their end.

I havs also called up their so called Delhi office but with no help. Calling up their Bangalore office is a real ordeal as the people who pick up the phones donet even know how to talk properly. In case they dont address my issue by tommorow I want my moeny back from them.
