Hi,

I purchased a web hosting plan for trial mode to test the server performance and quality service. It was 1$ web hosting Plan and separately I purchased 1 GB extra server space and paid Rs. 250 Rs. 50 =Rs. 300, (http://www.manashosting.com/onedollar_package.html) Total amount I had paid more than one month ago. and then I raised a ticket for activating my account with all the detail like My payment detail and Domain name. But till now I didn't get my account activation. Every alternate date I am calling to then and they saying now we are activating your account and sending your control panel detail through ticket. I am now fade up with there behavior and service. Please let me know how I can take legal action under consumer act.
