I was given incorrect information as to the packages that I can build my website with the 'do it yourself' website builder by the sales team. I confirmed and reconfirmed for 2 weeks and I was mislead everytime.

after 3 weeks of calling and emailing and waiting I got no were to even see the control panel as no one in the technical team or the billing team knew about the website builder.

they kept transfering my calls to one department to other. I have spent more than Rs. 3, 000 in phone calls to the company. Then I asked for the refund and after 3 months of calling and raising tickets and emails. I am still waiting for the refund.
