Extremly poor services, lack of tech knoledge, bunch of crooks

I bought domain invisible.co.in, faizabad.biz and a 100 mb linux hosting. i followed every instruction bit by bit but still my account is inactive. the staff used to ask the same details again and again. they also redirect me to some other department where i used to instruct to do the same things again. these guys don't have any technical knowledge. i think they only spent their time in developing their fancy website and promoting bogus offers. even the managing team is such a idiot, it don't provide any interface so that a customer like me can contact higher officials.
