TUV Logo used after expiry

Hello

I am one of suppliers to Manatec ElectronicS Puducherry. I saw the ISO certificate was expired on NOV .But still they use the TUV logo on the Letter heads and in their website. TUV Sud to look into this and to take necessary action. They are also keeping Quite.
