Issue with Management

This is to bring to your kind notice that there are lots of issues going on with "Manava Bharti India International School Management" which I would like to discuss. Please go through the below mentioned points and decide what could be the turn around time to resolve the same:

1.) Manava Bharti India International School Management has collected arrears from students which was supposed to be for teachers working in that school; but unfortunately the principal Mrs. Bharti Panday has denied to distribute among teachers even after 6 pay commission.

2.) Mrs Bharti Panday and her husband Mr. V.K. Panday Director of Manava Bharti School tried to bribe the external who came to there school for inspection and were requested to present a fake report which was against the law.

3.) No Upraisals for last 4-5 years; No Increments in D.A.

4.) Education level is not at all upto the mark as they have appointed teachers like Mr. Nikhil Pant who is not even eligible for this job as he is not even B.Ed which is must in teaching line and many more like him who are taking board classes.

5.) Mr Nikhil Pant was involved in some forgery case earlier and had to resign from his position due to this.

6.) Students are beaten up by teachers in this school and no one wants to cover this in media.

7.) Management of Manava Bharti are very much invloved in harassment of teachers as they cannot or not able to approach RTI for this.
