Amount not submit

Hi,

I made a claim for my provident fund in EPFO throgh my Ex-employer on April 13, which according to them was sent to EPFO after couple of days.

But I received a letter from EPFO on Jan 11, that employer not submit the amount.

my claim and the enquiry no. 19649/155.

So, please help me to get my amount form company.
