No proper execution of study Classes

I am Studying At Mandasaur institute of Science and technology (Madhya Pradesh) in Biotechnology Branch final year. i am paying 28000 fees annually. our college admin is charging us 5000 Rs for the Personality development classes which they claim to conduct in the evening 6 to 7 pm. i observed last One year i can count the number of classes conducted by my college admin on fingers. Regarding the quality of Classes They are hiring some local sales/marketing guy from Private banks all the people studying there are claiming unofficially that this is ridiculous to pay 5000 for no execution of classes and poor knowledge content.beside this i have one more complaint that college admin is not conducting classes and lab regularly. i think if i will ask them Attendance record they will be in trouble.we are travelling every day 8-9 km For college only because college admin is claiming that they will restricate us if we will not attend the college regularely. we do'nt want to attend the college if they don't have even a Principal for us and classes and lab on time.

we are feeling helpless.
