PAN card Not Received

I had applied for the PAN card on 22nd January.

Kindly refer to our letter dated 12th February requesting for Correction in Name & Date of Incorporation.

As per ITD Database Company Name contain a special character i.e. M & D (ENGINEERS) PVT. LTD but Integrated Enterprises (India) Ltd., Ghatkopar, Do not accept the application for correction in PAN Data containing the special character. The TAN allotted by NSDL contain the same name i.e. “M AND D (ENGINEERS) PVT. LTD”

You are request to keep my Company Name and Date of Incorporation of the Company “As per Application” i.e.“M AND D (ENGINEERS) PVT. LTD.” and Date of Incorporation of the Company is 16th May, 1975.

Please Note: The above said Company is regular in filing its Return with the same PAN alloted by the Income Tax department. It is regular in Paying it's tax also. However, the said Company is registered as on 16th May, 1975 as per the Registrar of Companies Master Data, the Incorporation Certificate of the said Company is not traceable for us due to so old one. So, please take the above matter in your record and issue us the New PAN Card.
