Transfer Problem

Sir,

My Consumer No.10709, Kargil Agencies, Puthiyangadi, Calicut.

I want transfer my connection from the above dealer to Mandody gas agencies, Beypore, Calicut.

I surrendered my 2 cylinders and Regulator to Kargil agencies on 08/06, and they given the transfer voucher.(TV.No.900-3350843)

I approch the Mandody gas agencies on next day (09/06/09) but they refused to accept the same and told me to give that on 12/06/09.

I again went thre on 12/06/09, First time they again refused, but final that accepted on my force.

But, still now they are not issued the regulator and cylinder.

Sir, This is not a new connection only transfer, Why it is too much late?

And who is the condact person on my territory, Please enquire and help me.
