I purchased my Wagon R [LXI] on 22/8 from Mandovi Motors Pvt Ltd Bangalore and during the first service the Head lamp was damaged by service person. which came to my notice after 2 days. when I brought this to the notice of the concerned person I have been told that it will be taken care during 2nd service. when the vehicle was run for 2864Kms the Bridgestone redial tyre shoulder was cut open and was not in a position to use. The wheel was replaced by me & I continued to use spare wheel till the vehicle run for 5000 kms. on 14/11 I gave my vehicle for 2nd free service to one of the service supervisor Mr. Girish K.G at wilson garden of Mandovi Motors and explained him about the tyre and head lamp problem, for which Mr. Praveen kumar [posing himself as customer care manager] denied to give guarantee for both the items. And also to give warrantee rejection letter.

sir, within 2864Kms if the car owner starts replacing tyres How it will workout? and decision of using Bridge stone tyres to Maruti cars is company’s decision and for which Maruti company has to provide warrantee not the customer should go the bridge stone outlets for asking the warrantee.

And top of all the behavior of Mr. Praveenkumar's was like interrogation officer to ISI agent & not like a customer care manager to customer. That bugger was not allowing me to talk a single word. He ordered his subordinate not to issue rejection letter for the damaged part and ordering him to tell me to collect the rejection letter from bridge stone outlet.

Sir, have I committed any mistake of buying maruti car from Mandovi Motors,? or is it my fault in asking the warrantee for damaged part. if the warrantee is not within the company's policy he should have been polite and Generous to me at least. I am also working in 2nd top most co-operative bank in India holding a managerial position & I also know how to give better customer service.

finally I would like to suggest the company that do not give such responsible post to idiotic person like Mr. Parvin Kumar and try to improve better customer services in future.

During my experience with Mandovi Motors I really appreciate some of the executive who gave me Very good service are Mr. Rajesh, Girish K.G., John, Manjunath Mogaveera, Melvin and many others. I think this bugger Mr. Praveen should learn something from these above persons.
