They are not ready to give gas connection without buying burner from them

I enquiered with the Agency called Mane and Vartk Gas services, they are authorised dealer of Hindustan Petrolium, to supply the Gas connection but they are not ready to give connection without buying the gas burner from them. so what to do in this situation?
