PF withdrawl not recieved

I Azam Shaikh ex employee of Maneesh Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai, resigned on 12 April.

and applied for EPF/PF WITHDRAWL on 3 Dec '12. My PF Acc. No. MH/36046/1153 along with my bank Acc. No. along with blank crossed cheque to company. Till date not I have not recieved any communication regarding my PF/EPF settlement. Also wrote a letter to The Regional Provident Fund Commissionar Navi Mumbai-6 on 15/3. Kindly look into this regard.
