My self Nilesh from surat. i am ur RMD pan masala customer since last 10 years. but before a few day i was found small glass pieces in ur product. i was call on this no. 0265-2841002. then after someone call me n say i was send my distributors to u for watching pouch. then after ur distributors come n watch ur RMD pouch. then after ur guys says to me we are collect this pouch from u for how can this errors are possible from our company. but, i was not given pouch to ur guys. now, u reply whats proper solution for this matter. i have all ready done my medical formality for my health. doctors given me a medical certificate for injurd in my mouth from small glass pieces. if u will not given me proper solution for this matter i will go in consumer form & media.
