Material of bhuj delayed

We are a regular customer of vrl transport.most of goods to karnataka go by vrl.we book all the material at shukrawar peth office, pune.

i personally, owner of mangala enterprises gave a call to that office and enquired about the service for BHUJ (GUJRAT)

they confirmed me that the goods will reach bhuj in 5 days maximum.

we booked 22 bundles on 28-11-08 for BHUJ.

rec no - 240134463 .

it is a printing material and the party had an opening ceremony on the 4th . assuming 5 days i was relaxed. till today the material had not reached BHUJ.

so we complained to the office. they replied that the material is stillllllllll in fursungi. this was shocking.

now my party says that if it does not get the material tomorrow it will reject the goods.

whom do i sell the printed material.?

the amount is more than 1 lac.

please tell me what do i do?
