Dear sir,

One envelop was send from Hyderabad on 11 July docket no. H50607599, but it was not yet received up to 16 July. the consern person Mr. Baskar he didn't give a proper responce.if i'm giving a complaints to him that important document not yet received in mumbai what type of service are u providing he getting a irritating not giveing proper way of answer telling call after 1/2 hour after 1/2 hour we are calling his puting switch of his mobile. Is this way to work before the document nicely talking after roudly talking so, the customer means we are suffering and dtdc claims that they are the best service provider.
