Mangalyesh Cooperative Housing Society located in Kurla East, behind Kamgar Nagar, Mumbai-400024. The Secretary of the above said society is denying to transfer the share certificate from previous owner to our name.
Rest of all the documents are transferred and also we have given the amount of Rs. 25000 for share cetificate transfer and also he has given the receipt of the same.
Please advice me about the same.
