Non booking of the gas

Dear Sir,

Sub.: Gas Connection No.7800 - Mangalam Gas Service,

I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 9-10 days, but I am unable to contact their number. Either the phones is ringing or busy. Nobody attend the phone and the customers of indane are taking so much pain for booking their cylinder. We make a number of calls in a day but nobody is responding. I want to ask that this is the customer oriented company or making fool to the customers. please take decision earlier unless i am going to sue the mangalam gas service in consumer forum for lack of consumer services under Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.
