Disputed Transaction Request

Respected Sir/Madam,

There happened a unauthorized transaction on my credit card.

4129 0348 1620 1229 - Manhattan Credit Card.

I am trying to send a FAX copy of dispute declaration form requested by manhattan support. I have tried to sent FAX DisputeDecForm multiple times, and still manhattan/standard chartered is not able to receive it. FAX NO. 00912267373011. It was done from my office.

Again, I make a FAX from public booth, and I have confirmed ackowledgement slip for the same. I even posted a hard copy to the MUMBAI Standard Chartered Bank Address. Goregaon.

Then I sent the dispute.decl.form to helpme@manhattan.co.in, then to card.services@standardchartered.com and now to customer.care@in.standardchartered.com.

In all cases, they are not able receive the disputed declaration form. I have complete mail thread, FAX Slip and surely they should have the multiple incoming calls from my end on my card number.

Its been around 50 days now.

Its a terrific frustration. Request you to please advise!
