Manhattan Credit Card
Illegal action taken by Credit card provide

Hi,

I have a credit card of manhattan bank that is already expired. They had provided me card in the year 2005. At the time of filling application form there representative told me that it is life time free but later i came to know that yearly fees i have to pay for this card. After that i make call in customer care and place request to close this card. After that conversation i had not received any email, letter or telephonic call from bank related to credit card payment. But today i came to know that they added me in CIBIL registry as a defaulter.

Please help me out.
