I am holding two SCB credit cards numbers 9356-5008-2664—9428 and 4541-9823-3946-8552 (MANHATTAN PLATINIUM) respectively. I have take loan from 9356-5008-2664—9428 of Rs.72, 000, /- (dial multiplier no 79356509201200929644471) subsequently SCB has withdrawn card no. 9356-5008-2664—9428 on issuing 4541-9823-3946-8552 (MANHATTAN PLATINIUM). I am paying installments through 4541-9823-3946-8552 since the earlier credit card was closed. I have informed SCB customer care each time after the payment. The details of payment as under which are self explanatory. The payment due on 28/08/09 where as the payment made on 17/08/09 . After a great struggle reversed the charges. Inspite of my talking to customer care exective current month also I am facing same problem, I have paid through bill desk on 17/09/09 and informed customer care exexutive to transfer the installment to my loan account and they have confirmed it has been done. Today my surprise received a call with rash voice and asked me to pay instalment. Moreover I am not receiving bills from SCB on contacting customer help line each one is furnishing different amounts. What I understand SCB wishes to collect late payment and interest charges even from a regular customer. Really fedup with the bank.
