Dear Sir,
I am holding an platinum credit card No.: 4541982338574244 from 06 02 2009 (Letter date). I have deposited a cheque of Rs. 350 against 11 May with following details:
Name of Account Holder: Pawan Kumar Tiwari
Bank: State Bank of Hyderabad
Bank Account No.: 0620XXXXXX31
Cheque No.: 171702
Date of issue: 11 may.
After one week or so I contacted to customer care to get the information about the payment but customer care executive told me that the system is down and cannot check the status. After this conversation, I waited for 5 day but no response got from your side (as I am not getting any response like bill, offer, SMS) and contacted to customer care again. But the phone was on hold for 1:05:53 Hr (can produce copy of Mobile bill) continuous. I am not getting any statement from Manhattan Credit Card and not aware about the payment status because my bank (government) and they are also not sending any statement for the same.
I have requested your team to sent the credit card statement to my address but he told me he is not responsible, I have to care about that why the statement is not reaching on defined date.
I am sorry to state you that I am not aware about the policy of your division but one thing is sure you are not operating the credit card division, you are creating the problems to others.
From the date to TODAY, I didn’t receive any credit card statement from your company against the card I am calling to customer care where the response is pathetic.
Please let me know how I can be out of this problem.
