Mani Enterprises/Indane cooking gas
No refill despite daily assurances

This a regular phenomenon. In this instance I booked my refill for indane cooking gas - consumer No.9233 - dealer: Mani Enterprises, Galta Road, Jaipur - on 17th March and was assured the refill within one week. After one week, the dealer has been regularly assuring the refill, saying it will reach today, it will reach tomorrow, but it has not been sent till today, 31st March. Today they have again said it will be sent on 2nd April. This goes on until they send the refill at their own will. Their phone is rarely answered and mostly I have to go to them personally, yet they harrass and cause inconvenience regularly in the above manner. However, one can easily get the gas refill in the black market for double the original price.
