RE: Provident Fund Amount

Hi,

I am one of the employees worked for Mani India Technologies (P) Ltd (http://www.maniindiatech.com) located at kovilpatti, TamilNadu. We have nearly 250 employees who worked for the company and due to the salary problem 90% of the employees have been resigned from that company. Most of the people have a minimum salary balance of 1 Lakh rupees and the resigned employees were given cheques even a year after with the date mentioned.

The Main Issue was regarding the Provident Fund Amount. We resigned our jobs on or after October. But till now we haven't received our PF amount. We tried calling our PF agent in kovilpatti inorder to know the status, but they were irresponsible due to the support from the company

Please consider this issue seriously and resolve the same for us.
