Non co-operation of service /executives

Sir/madam,
I, Naresh Kumar Golchha had taken membership from you vide my card
no.3241. Today I got my bike punctured on mathura road. I call your
telephone no mentioned on the card given by you at 4.32 pm and got
reply from your executive that the service will be provided within 45
minutes. I had waited for 45 minutes on the mathura road after that i
had make another call and i got reply from your call centre that the
same will be reaching within 10 minutes. But 10 minutes passed and
after that i had made another call by saying that you are mentioned in
your card and in brochure that you had given to me that you are Car and
Bike helpline company providing the best service for its customers to
avail the hassle free driving in Delhi and NCR and service within 25-30
minutes of your call. And in response your lady executive told me that
it will take another 1 hour because we don't have man. I told her than
why you are saying that service will be provided within 25-30 minutes.
Then she told what you can do you can we will not provide you service
before 1 hour. I request you to kindly refund my money back against my
membership and I also want compensation that i had wasted my time for 1
and half our for waiting towards your service. Kindly take the
necessary action otherwise i will file complaint to consumer court.
