I hired Manju Agrawal Maid Services to provide house maid. I paid Rs 5000 to them in December In Jan they sent one maid who stayed with me for one month & without informing just stopped coming to work.
Today April three months past still no replacement priovided. In fact unless & untill I dont call them & remind them there is no initiative from their side to send any maid. Also the staff is so rude & reluctant.
Today I saw so many people lodging complains against this agency on this website, then why no action has been taken so far? I want to know is there any way to lodge a police compaint against such agency. They cant just get away like this...
