Cheated, Fake ticket given

Respected Sir,

I have booked my BUS ticket for two sleeper seats from Mumbai to Indore on 07/09/09 for the Schedule date 25/09/09 6:30 pm Seat No. 7and 8. It was booked on the fair of Rs. 450 per seat. I have booked the bus ticket long before because 26, 27 was holiday and there is a Dushara holiday on 28, and i know that time ticket rate will definately increase. So i have booked it long back because i need to travel with my wife.

When i called the company on 25/09/09 to say that i am not able to call on Bus driver mob. no.

Then he told me, he will call after some time.

On 25/09/09 at 3:30 pm he called me and told me that, he forgot to register my ticket for the concern BUS. Now if i want the ticket then give Rs. 800 per seat and the seat will be given as last ones 26, 27.If need seat 7, 8 pay Rs. 1000 per seat. Else take the money back.

When i told him, i know that ticket rate will increase that's why i have booked it so earlier, Please don't do such thing. Then he told me to come and collect the refund money. He can't help me out.

And he was talking rudely manner.

Becasue of Dushara i was not able to get any BUS ticket bleow Rs. 1000 for forwad seats.

When i went to company then he told me that he can't help me out.

And he was talking rudely and insulting manner again

So i have cancelled the Ticket and taken back the money.

Becasue of that me any my family are mentally tourchered for two days. As i am new to the city so my family is very much worried about me.

Becaue of this mentally tourcher. I am not able to concentrate on any thing.

Please punish him, so he can't do such act with any body.
