I m Ur regular customer for last 4 yr’s. I have use Ur 3 connection

BT today I m not satisfied with Ur service because yesterday I received Ur (121) sms and this detail’s as follows

“Your total usage of Rs: 1500 kindly make a payment for Rs: 1100 in the next 24 hour’s to enjoy continued services”

After that I called customer care I talked with them and they told me that “if u not pay above money within 24 hour’s we cut ur outgoing facility”

And I wanted to them cheek my details my above all number (9898997741) its credit limit is 4800/- and I will paid regularly for last 4 yr’s.

Sir, I am never paying before generate my bill (9974630501), whenever u generate that I will pay within 24 hour’s.

And today morning they cut/closed it my out going facilities. and sir if u don’t start my outgoing facility within 4 hour’s I will close ur all connection with paying my all number’s outstanding and after that I going consumer form also really trust me and I can do this because I am not depend on u (Airtel) only and I never extra need, I used other company connection also.

So, finally we hope u start my outgoing and I promises u when u generate my bill then I cheek online and I will pay immediately if I never pay after generate u should cut /closed it my outgoing and incoming also.

Otherwise u loss a very good customer.
